Burn Tabata in HITT workout is when you feel like you're on fire and your muscles are screaming for mercy. It's a form of high-intensity interval training where you work out for 20 seconds and then take a 10-second break. The idea is to repeat this cycle for 8 rounds, which is about 4 minutes of intense pain (oops, I mean workout).
