The Conscious Lab is more than an online yoga, meditation and mindfulness platform. It’s about connection. Here you will find a community centered around Self Mastery and exploring higher states of consciousness for very individual reasons; you’ll find access to real conversations and real people who value authentic connection.

The Conscious Lab started out as an experiment at the onset of Covid as a way to bring people together around these ancient practices, and today, almost a year later, we’re still together. We’ve grown from just one facilitator to 4 and are continuing to create a guided learning space to help you evolve in your own process at whatever stage you find yourself in now. Our experienced team are all trained coaches/psychologists/therapists and are available for personal engagement outside of the online sessions. Whether it’s about sharing your own experience or asking questions, you can reach out either by email , or by attending our monthly online community event Q & A.

Once the world is open again, we have three Yoga and Meditation retreats/holidays planned for 2021 (if the world allows) where at least 2 of the 4 facilitators will be.

Of course, at the core of our offering , you’ll find Yoga, Meditation and other Mindfulness practices that support you in all dimensions of life. A more mindful life means better decisions. It's the moment-to-moment decisions that determine the path our lives take. Be it health, work, relationships or passion projects. We're here to support you in realising your most authentic, purposeful and conscious path.

Yes, you might be logging in alone, but there are others to meet you in the session while you take a few minutes out of your day to connect to yourself, with others, and with what’s important.

And last but certainly not least, we take the evolution of consciousness very seriously but never take ourselves too seriously. Expect a lot of laughs and fun along the way as we evolve together.
