Legitimacy Exercise

"This is a simple yet powerful exercise that can help you increase the legitimacy of your desires. It involves going through three different planes of consciousness; the physical, emotional, and thought plane. Start by focusing on the physical plane, getting in touch with your body and what you truly desire. Then move to the emotional plane, letting go of any negative emotions such as shame or guilt that may be holding you back. Finally, solidify your desires in the thought plane, leaving any doubts behind. Use this exercise whenever you feel uncertain or doubtful about something you want.
