Opening the Front side of the Body
This session starts with a short intention setting relating to acceptance, not of the state you find yourself in, but rather deep approval of the fact that what you experience EXISTS, and therein lies the first step in change. Followed by a 30 minute yoga practice that stretches the front side of the body, particularly the hip flexors and Psoas muscle, and ends with a 10 minute guided meditation on the breath.
