Session 4: Calibrating the Psoas

Tight psoas muscles are a common and major contributor to back stuff. The psoas is our primary stress muscle. It's basically the muscle that allows us to run. This muscle is either over activated by constant stress or often shortened by prolonged sitting. This class provides techniques you can incorporate into your daily life and yoga practice. to release your psoas and prepare it for optimal activation.
