Somatic Infused Yoga for Pelvic Coordination
This 60 minute somatic infused yoga class explores pelvic floor coordination using regulated breath in conjunction with stillness and movement and within a variety of postures relating to the hips. We all naturally coordinate our pelvic floor within our most used posture (be in standing or sitting) but often struggle to establish the the correct alignment in this vital structure. This class will leave you feeling connected , in sync, calm and relaxed!
