I am a passionate entrepreneur and have been in the business of raising consciousness for just over 15 years.

I left a career in advertising which now feels like a life time ago to pursue more authentic feeling goals of self investigation which led me to living in ashrams in India, studying with famous yoga teachers in New York, studying Tibetan Buddhism with Western monks from Arizona, attending Shamanic rituals in Brazil and other pursuits that still keep me dedicated to the path of Self Mastery and the pursuit of a living a life most wholly lived.


I spend almost all of my time working on the Conscious Lab and I am thrilled to watch it grow month by month as more and more people come into the realm of awareness in a truly accessible, yet transformative way.
