A Fiery Glow to Your Back Body

Todays class was all about moving into discomfort and how using the breath, the bridge of conscious and subconscious, allows us to deal with the emotions that arise and elicit a healthy response (one that is not driven by the sympathetic body). Acknowling that everyday we are posed with opportunity for authentic vulnerability but often do not recognise this. But in those moments where you feel challenged, pushed out of comfort zone, a little heighten anxiety stop, breath, process and realise “this is the body’s response to vulnerability (perceived threat)” The 40 minute flow takes us through a deep forward folding sequence. Your back body will feel like it’s on fire!
