Growth Mindset, Happier Life

This session starts with a short talk about the difference between growth and fixed mindset and how orienting towards a growth mindset can help us suffer a lot less when life presents a challenge. Followed by a 30 minute strong vinyasa sequence focussing on opening into the shoulders and ends with a guided meditation on stillness.
