Session 6: Integration

This session is about putting together all that was learnt in the previous 5 sessions. This session emphasises 1. Consistency and daily awareness through movement to manage pain. 2. The importance of maintaining strength around the spinal column as well as optimising segmentation through undulation and 3. Not only being aware of how you stand or what posture you favour, but being able to get into and out of pelvic positions.
