How does Resistance show up in your life?

Whether it's our hamstrings or avoiding creating something, we all have to name the things that prevents us moving forward. The name is Resistance and simply recognising it can go a long way in getting over it. Cherryl talks about this briefly in the beginning of this session. She then takes you into a 30 minute back-bending yoga practice and ends with a short meditation to find your own personal kind of resistance.
