Somatic Infused Yoga for the Psoas

This session is all about finding the hip flexor, particularly the psoas. The focus is on activation and optimal relaxation of this structure. Most of us are great at mass tensing but are often stuck at targeting, controlled activation and 'letting go'. This, along with unhealthy postures we assume, creates detrimental instabilities within the body. The first 30 minutes of this class is slow as it focusses on 'undoing' and second half generates heat as we 'redo'
