Mindful Mornings and the Art of Stillness

This sessions starts with a short talk about the value of learning to be happy with what's right in 'your back yard'. Followed by a 30 minute vinyasa yoga practice with a focus on hip opening. The session ends with a 7 minute guided 3 part meditation. Sound, Breath. Sensation.
