A 60 minute Somatic Infused Practice

This 60 minute yoga class starts with establishing a mind pelvic connection through 'Pelvic Clocks'. A Somatic exercise that prepares the mind and body to assist you in exploring pelvic positioning and with the realisation that one's habitual movement through 'operating in a Path of Least Resistance' mode. The practice entails a focus on deep forward folds. The sessions ends with a relaxation and breath work exercise.
