Description
The beginner course is broken down into 4 parts, each with a focus on a specific group of postures. The first part will focus on Standing postures. Standing postures allow movement in all directions, in standing we practice forward bends, side bends, back bends and twists. Therefore understanding them will allow us to build a stable and flexible foundation and feel more confident in the practice. Schedule: Standing postures - Saturday, September 11th, 10am-11am CET Forward bends - Saturday, September 18th, 10am-11am CET ————break for one week———————— Side bends and twists - Saturday, October 2nd, 10am-11am CET Back bends - Saturday, October 9th, 10am-11am CET

We will offer a detailed explanation of the asanas which create a foundation of nearly every yoga practice. We will explain why the breath is so important in your practice and how combined with movement it can deepen your practice and help you gain more clarity and a sense of calm and peace.
